What error message do you get when trying to send your reply? Are you talking about using o2s own email on an o2 phone? If you can send but not recieve, it sounds like the 'outgoing server' setting is incorrect (it should be: smtp.o2.co.uk) but if they sent you the settings it should already be set to that. * +

Why not just visit mailmate.co.za and set up an email there? Or you could use opera mini and make a gmail account. * +
