Another day more magicly vanishing credit bought a week pass and that left 75p so now that vanished i cant use the week pass and cant ring customer service to complain without topping up again same s**t happens with day passes they decide to charge you and give the message im sorry there has been a problem with our systems because they cant handle the wap traffic oh and refunds... Never happen * +

huh wot u on about? orange do give refunds bk if they can see n prove it was their systems fault. obviously if ur not gettin a refund ur eitha not questionin orange or u didnt ave unlimited wap bunndle for a day or a wk . * +

to post writer, u sound as if this has happened numerous amount of times. U may want to consider searching for a new ideal tariff on next network... Then port your current num to that net. Up to u. * +

Yeah i do buy the extra been on orange for years and i question orange they say credit will be re added in 48 hours and half the time it aint i am not the only one who gets charged for a extra and dont get it or gets charged more than once * +

Its ur own fault! If it cums up wit da msg sayin sorry der has bein a problem wit our systems u shud check ur credit instead ov tryin 2 do it agen, just cos it says dat dunt mean ur extra aint gone on. Av had dat msg loadsa times nd da extra has bein on ma fone! I think nxt time u shud check it b4 u try nd do it agen! No wunda ur credit is goin! * +
