The networks have a nerve charging 25p or whatever to correct what is probably their fault.Oftel or Ofcom or whatever should make sure all customer service numbers are free. * +

If you call customer services to get them to correct a problem that was their fault, they will refund the cost of the call... if you ask them to! Of course, if you dont ask you dont get. * +

I gotta say, i find it really funny when folk complain how orange is rubbish and credit keeps vanishing etc etc. If i kept having problems with orange, i would change networks! As it is, ive been with orange for years and not had many problems at all.... * +

The only issue ive had recently is when i forget to disconnect from the net before midnight when my extra is due to expire and all my credit gets used really fast. But thats my fault, i use my phone as a modem which uses loads of data and costs heaps..... * +

...if its not covered by an extra. But now i have a cron job scheduled on my PC to kill the pppd at 23.58 every day. Sorted! No more credit getting eaten! *
