Where you paste HTML. Do you have a hosting account? You may find numerous free web hosts doing some Internet search. HTML is used in text files that are renamed from *.txt to *.html when ready to be used. If renaming a file before uploading to a server then you can view it in a computer's browser (Internet Explorer/Firefox/Opera etc) without connecting to the Internet. * +
