Absolutely, you'd have thought the DTI or a similar body would have looked into that by now. The worst thing is: the person who answers the phone knows it's a freephone number, so they're quite happy to toddle off and leave you waiting. I usually get in quickly with 'I'm on a mobile by the way'. * +

Lol true garion but its not british to complain luk at the state of uk at the moment. At least the eu wanna stick up for consumers unlike ofcom and the government. Mention ofcom to the network and they laff *
