When i got my final statement from orange after ending my contract finaly, it said -14 quid. In other words they owe me 14 quid back. Would i be able to take this into an orange shop and be refunded the money? 
am i asking too much to expect a refund because it will cost me 3.80 bus fair just to get to the shop and i dont wanna waisted journey if they wont do it. * +

they wont refund u at the shop... ring them and theyl either transfer the money back to the bank or credit u on pay an go! * +
