That's only the minimum charge, it's still 10p per minute off-peak on the anynet price plan and you still only pay for the first 3 minutes with stop the clock. It's a pain if you ring someone and only get voicemail though. * +

yh still better than o2 who charge 25pence minimum call charge for other networks and about 15 fro ladline and o2. virgin also charge 15p minimum charge 3 uk charge 12 p * +
