aznclass is absolutely right according to many replies in this forum - keep messing up your top-up, and they put you through to CS at no charge (apparently), I haven't tried it personally, but the point about the charge is well made - it does cost 20p, but that's PER MINUTE (Orange charge a one-off 25p) and the CS person'll put you on hold for 20 mins, then come back and say 'sorry to keep you.... * +
