its just a lil longer b4 the gprs costs go down...the fibre optic cable linking KENYA and SOUTHAFRICA to saudiarabia, is 13 months due...after the dispute, za and ke ,decided each to hav a separate link after za wanted to m0n0polize * +

The cable use n yet they were to pat with a 50:50 of the total cost...that delayed the layin out of the cable as it was supposed to b up n runing by september this year... * +

As per n0w, u hav to part with R2 per MB in z.a and R.1 per MB in kenya...thats alot...by next yr may the charges are set to drop massively...e.g india pays 250 dollars per mb and kenya pays 15000 dollars for the same mb... * +

it will to a near similar value, as u knw there are govt taxes and duty on airtime...here duty is set to b dropped, and that means MUCH CHEAPER... * +
