it seems to happen with orange i noticed, my bud once had this trouble. i got a new phone and switched it on and it say sumin like sim card registration failed. its an orange sim. but lets u carry on using the phone but with no network. is there any trick to get over this? for i have a bad feeling its like game over send it back lol *

You need to call customer services from another phone to register the sim card before you can use it. *

Call 08000790006 2register the sim card they will ask 4the serial number on the back o the sim card *

phew thanks peeps my bud was just saying orange ask questions and charge 20 to 30pounds to put it right, think he winding me up. *
