If ur in ur 15th month or later in contract its free 4upgrade if ur not yet in the last 3month of ur contract it will b in region o 50- 100 pound * +

On O2 you only get 5 percent of your top-ups as a phone discount anyway, so it's usually better to choose the credit which is 10 percent. *
