any 1 on orange 2g having trouble downloading or with slow wap?are there certain settings to improve this? *

A few people have been having problems with the Orange connection over the last few days, but it seems to be regional, other people are fine. When you've got slow connection problems the first thing that's worth doing is to change your connection point from either 'orange internet' to 'orange wap' or vice versa, depending on which access point is giving you grief. whether other sites are working properly, if you're having a problem with one particular site, something you know will always load, like Google or whatever. Another solution which works for some but not others is to delete your proxy, since I explained this in another topic t'other day, I'll just paste it below to save me going through it again :) *

In your connection settings, if you click on your connection/access point, you should be able to edit the settings within it - homepage, authentication etc. generally in 'options' or 'advanced' settings, there'll be a 'proxy server address', this'll be four sets of numbers separated by dots, if you can see it, WRITE IT DOWN FIRST, then delete it, and see whether your connection improves. *
