Hmm, not sure where it is on 7373, but it should be in 'office' or 'organiser'. You'll see a memory card icon with 'memory' above it - click on it, go to 'options' and choose 'format mem card'. * +

It gives that option for the 128mb card that came wiv this fone but doesnt give that option wiv the new card ive bought wen thats in the phone * +

Odd.. maybe the card's not compatible with the phone then, or it's a cheap one - your only option would be to format with PC and card reader then, but if it's not compatible with your phone it won't help much. Is it a large capacity card? Maybe your phone won't run a really big memory card, if you've only just bought it perhaps you could take it back and swap it for a slightly smaller (in mb) card * +
