Last night when i checked, i had an airtime balance of R1.65 on my sim. I logged on to prodigits and after viewing about 3 pages i get a connection error. I now checked my airtime balance and it was R0.00. This has happened to me 3 times with the last 3 airtime vouchers i purchased. And in all cases the airtime disappears when the balance is +-R1.50. If it happens again with my current airtime, will have to call customer services to make a complaint. * +

n0 when you immeadeatly disconnent it would say 0.00 give it a few minutes and try again * +

It happens to me sometimes but give it a few minutes n ur money wil come back. Oh n starter packs are R1 with no airtime pre.loaded. * +
