Yes, if you don't have an account then first use a computer with internet connection to get a Yahoo account. After having done that you may access Yahoo with either WAP 1 (WML) or WAP 2 (XHTML) phones. * +

You don't need a PC, I signed up using Opera. Not ideal admittedly but it can be done. It's a shame a big company like Yahoo can't be bothered to make a wap sign-up interface though. * +

Yes, proxies like OperaMini may be use to create various accounts, be it e-mail or other kinds of accounts (will not work on all sites though). However, if the right people at yahoo learn about this loophole then I expect it will be swiftly closed. * +
