maybe the vids just got the wrong file extension? try changing the php to 3gp or whatever format the vid is supposed to be using a file manager. * +

opera mini wont load it as it is server script. You have to install web server for mobile. Don't know if your mobile is symbian or not if yes use pamp or racc00n. * +
