Depends what phone you have and what u want. For general browsing of wap n web sites with the odd small file now and again use o2. If you download a lot of vids mp3,s ect. And u dnt mind the irritation of the odd blocked site definately use 3 * +

I'd go for O2, it may appear to cost a bit extra but you do get more for your top-up. There are problems associated with 3 like site-blocking. * +

If you have a 3G phone (which you should if you're considering 3) then downloading files up to 5mb is feasible on O2 with a strong signal, or more if you can pause and resume. There is the 500mb monthly limit of course, so 3 has the advantage of being unlimited. * +
