anyone know where i can get the access point from. tried downloading the player but didn't get an access point like i did when i used orange before? or is it poss to manually enter the settings *

Just looked all over, including in the 'music player faqs' on the homepage and couldn't find anything, best bet would be to get them sent from the website or call customer services. BUT - the tracks you buy are in .koz format: you can't set 'em as ringtones, send them to mates or transfer between phones, so be warned. *

Make sure you receive all the extra files and stuff that get sent when you first use it and go online to preview a track or two. You should have the settings by this point if at all. *
