Right I had some promotional people come upto me today at Uni to offer special simcards for students. They said you get free 217 text messages, free 43 mins,, And the best thing is, its not a contract, no costs and they don't hassle you about anything either, Theres possibilities of changing your old number to this network too but i doubt i'll be doing that. send u texts advertising companies etc. I guess thats how they make their money! Well i visited the website and i think there is a possibility of anyone getting hold of one. You get it delivered to your letterbox and you can get as many as u want, so you can keep swapping simcards when your done with one. But don't throw it away because you get the allowance again the following month. * +

It is SPECIFICALLY targeted at and only available to 16-24 year olds. When you apply they make various checks to confirm your age through agencies and other searches on you. Nothing to stop you swapping sims though. * +
