Here in india we have Airtel NOP . It is the cheapest in the world . Just 2 rupees per day . 1 dollar is 40 rupees:-D . Isnt it great? * +

Well it's not perfect but been using 3 for the last couple of months. Net is 5 pound a month and depending which add on you choose you can get all calls for 3p a minute and all texts 3p. Customer service is total s*** but as it's so cheap I'm still perservering. Most download sites are blocked but I get around that by using wifi. *
