Using over the Limit you have been given by the service provider does NOT slow your speed down, they get in touch with you, IF they think there is a problem with you going over, Also not all speeds come down to the network, what kind of handset do you have?!?! * +

Depends on signal strength mainly, try testing all the networks to see which one is most stable where you are. * +
