Heeeeey you lot! I'm due an upgrade on the 27th of jan. Been on T-mob flext 35 for 18 months. The phone (nokia 6300) is under my mums name as i wasn't yet 18 when the contract was first taken out - Wanna purchase my next contract in my name over the internet. Any ideas? Currently T-mob don't have any phones that suit my liking. Want a phone for a lot of texting, talking and a bit of wap! * +

Any advice would be much appreciated. Is it easy to get a contract phone over the internet? And what would i need to do. Will my current contract continue or just automatically stop after the 18 months is up? * +

If it was under your mums name the ask her if she wants to end the contract or carry on using it in her own name. You can then decide if you want your own contract separately then. * +

Oh so i'll have to get my mum to call them up to stop it? Will it just switch to pay as you go then? Thanks for your help by the way hun! - Just been looking at o2 nokia n82.. 40 pound per month contract. Always add on extra texts etc if i want too. Wap bolton too. Seems good! * +

Yes your mum can stop the contract at the end, and if she wants change it to payngo. The same number can be transfered across if you want. * +

I should say usualy you have to give a months notice when ending a contract so a month before the end of the contract ask end it and switch to pay n go. * +
