If you pay online you see the last 3 bill amounts thats all. If you pay by phone the automated voice tells you that your recieve a txt msg. You never do. * +

Well, spoken to Orange and they say the charge has always been in place. What a load of balls. They give you the option, yet charge you for choosing an option that they obviously dont want you to have. Apparently, they scan the systems regularly to check accounts that are not paying by direct debit, then they slap the charge on. They said, at least you arent having to pay the backdated charges... * +

cant say i've ever had any problems on orange tbh, besides safeguard messin up from time to time, signal's not great lately, but to be fair, thats the weather as much as anything * +

meant to say been on contract for 3years now n just upgraded, which obviously i wouldnt have done if i wasnt happy lol, n signals because i work in the lake district, guess u jus been pretty unfortunate with your service hotdogz *
