So anyway... I load R192 worth of credit, *111, the usual la de da, purchase 500mb data 4 R192, get the confirmation msg that iv loaded it n it will be deducted from my airtime, remove sim from fone n in2 hawwei 3g modem n surf, only to be cut off after an hour n told my airtimes finished and no bundle was loaded. After 2 days of arguing with vodacom im told theres nothing that can be done... * +

...becos theres no record of a data bundle being loaded. So i was just wondering if any1 else was ripped off or had a similar problem with this c*nty, thieving network. Anybody? * +

airtime vouchers usually have ref numbers and the like and i think they are suppossed t be able to give yu a sort of statement that explains how and whim u called and how ur airtime was finished try once more you must have had the usuall encounter with an incompetant call centre agent try once more * +

Iv tried 4 2 days. I gave them a number to contact me yet they thought it better to sms the number that wasnt even in a cellphone but in a modem. Brilliant stuff. Then they try hinting that i dont know how to load a bundle despite me doing it on numerous occasions, on the same sim, before * +

Go to a voda shop an complain an throw a tantrum an make sure th stop is full wen you're doing this,that way the people who are working there wil do anything to shut you up an stop you from making their potential customers reconsider.. customer care services are pathetic.. * +
