I got 3 and my contract has 2 months left they call me and see if i wanted a new 18 month contract even though i didnt want it and they send me a new phone im sending it back but who can i complain too about 3 extending my contract even though i said NO i didnt want to renew my contract * +

Offtel.com i think you can report them. But I suggest that you contact your network provider again and get them told that you don't want a re-newal contract. If they do nothing, contact offtel ok * +

Instead of a signature, they have voice recordings of you saying either yes or no when theyve read u the details of ur contract! Without a yes recording they dont have a leg 2 stand on! Oh and deny all knowledge of recieving a new phone! Lol *
