On vodafone stop the clock is it 15p an hour to just other vodafone users or is it to all networks? * +

All networks i think. I foned my mate back in june and she is on orange and it workd 4me. They mite hav changed it tho by now.. U knw wot theyre like. * +

i think you pay for the first 3 minutes of each call. So it would depend i think on the network. As its different off-peak to another network than it is to vodafone customers, unless your using inclusive or pre-paid minutes. * +

Depends which price plan you're on. Assuming it's pay as you go, then on the newer price plan it would be 30p for an hour (3 x 10p) whether you call a mobile on Vodafone or another UK network off-peak. If you're on the older tariff then it'd be 15p an hour to a Vodafone number (or landline) but 105p to a different network. * +
