Its only the pages that say 'free to browse' at the top. Yes orange are committing ilegal theft by giving customers a false sense that there saving money. Contact watchdog, the mobile phone regulator Ofcom and your lawyer and sue the bxstxds. * +

As plzgvhug said above, its only free to browse the pages that actually say at the top that they are free to browse. Not all of the orange site is so marked. Also, it seems you need to have more than zero credit to browse the free pages. Boo hiss! * +
