You can try asking to be put through to Technical Support - they're based in England, but I think CS have been given instructions not to transfer you recently, they still will do if you ask about something like engineering work on a local mast though. * +

I've always spoken to english agents... Only get put through to india if i have problems toppin up.... I got a tmobile sim yday and wap on that is mega fast n its 2.50 for 5 days unlimited! * +

Honestly, it's just the luck of the draw when you call customer services. Some assistants are clueless, begrudging or both while others are knowledgeable, easy-going and helpful. *
