Has anyone else had a problem gettin mini opera to work on o2. Its not my phone so dont tell me to try phone forum ive tried to change all the settings and still it wont let opera mini connect to wap so only thing i can think is o2 is not allowing it to connect so any suggestions would be helpful thanx in advance * +

I changed the phone settings to use Operamini from wap to http and proxy ON. I av se 700 and 750, * +

Still trying to use phone on o2 as a modem as T-mobile and orange work fine * +

didnt work when i changed to o2 so in the settings i changed protocol from socket to http and it works * +

Ring o2 ask them to send you the setting to your phone you may not have the mms setting to send pics sum 1 else had that prob and thats what he did im on o2 and iv had no problems * +

As haze2k said it is a good idea to change Opera Mini's connection setting to Http rather than socket with O2. * +

I have mms settings so nothing to do with that. Ive looked for the settings on opera but there is non about changin it from socket to http so im baffled. Looked in every single setting there is and nothing. All there is when lookin at opera when i click options before opening it is access, messaging etc and doesnt say anything about socket just a list sayin allow etc * +
