some nokia dznt have it esp d finland made ones. flash msgs r diff but yeah these cn blink too. on nokia phones wit such feature, a special char wil have to be insertd to d msg . the word dat u wish to blink shud be in middle to make 1 wrd only blinkng. othrwise put that spec char at d begnng of d txt then d hul msg blinks. b advsd dat d recpnt wil c d blng effct evn tho wrks on ur phne * +
