I'm not sure this is 'definitive' @greggie but originally all of 3s payandgo customers were 'walled' to their own content (probably whilst they were trying to recoup the dosh they laid out on the 3G license), since they opened it up I haven't heard of anyone having site access problems that aren't related to content lock (which all the providers were legally obliged to implement). * +

yes u ave 2 top up 10 pounds 2 get the extra. if u ave got 3 try and go 2 these sites. redtube dot com and anywebcam dot com * +

Could these problems be proxy-related? If anyone on 3 can delete the proxy server from their web settings (or enter as a row of zeros) then see if you still get the errors. MAKE A NOTE OF THE PROXY NUMBER FIRST in case you screw up, you can easily re-enter it. * +
