Ive got a phone bill of 1800 pounds and 55 pence this month. Something must of gone very wrong with oranges billing. There claiming i bought 37 of the 1 pound daily bundles when its only possible to buy 31 at the most within a month. My total data usage for the month is 11040.7971 megabytes. Not including my text and talk time which i never go over the allowance. Sure i cant be right to get bills like this.

thats a major mistake. orange get a bad rep in here. follow these forums quite well n it seems orange are most complained about. * +

customer services wont help you... phone offcom they tell them your complaint they will give u the number for orange accounts department its a freephone number they will sort it within 7days i had the same problem!... btw how can u buy 1 pound bundles on contract anyway? * +

and im just so glad i kept my 3.40 a month unlimited wap bundle cause my usage is probly triple that and id be bankrupt pmsl * +

Oh omg! its a robbery. Talk to ur Orange customer service or go to sum higher department of O2 meant for customer queries and if possible switch on to Vodafone or T-mobile. * +
