Just had an argument with them for 30mins. They say you only get 300txts no matter how much u top up the 1st time. I topped up 15quid so was expecting 500. Ive read the terms and conditions and cant find anything about not getting the full allowance straight away. * +

Thats a bit sneaky. Theres a big advert in the sun frm yesterdy... Top up 30quid to gdt unlimited txts. Pop ya sim in top up and start using ya free txts straight away...people who are new to o2 will be topping up 30quid and expecting unlimitd txts but all theyre gettin is 300 * +

I topped up 30 on a new sim and got the unlimited texts straight away, bought the unlimited wap they took the 7:50 off and even though i still had 5mb of free browsing they also took 9:00 off and when i rang cc was told id went over my free wap and my 7 50 bundle didnt start till 11hours after they took the credit off * +
