I recieved a video the other night,and it appears as a normal msg.When i select the download option,its says Downloading msg.After about 4 min i get a notification saying unable to download,try again later.Ive been trying to download it all day but i keep getting the same notification saying try again later.I do have all the settings needed.So if you have any idea what im doing wrong,plz help * +

Have you got enough space on your phone? If yes then ask the person who sent it to you to send it to you again. * +

I think mrpheus above has your answer - the internal memory of your phone is only around 5mb I think and there's no external memory option. I'd imagine that on that 2G phone you'd be shifting around 8kb per second, so in a minute around 480kb and in the 4 mins you talk about, approx 1.9mb - do you have 2mb of space left? * +

The size of the mms is 100kb.And yes I deleted most of my unused images and mp3's.....I have no other videos so it recon there should be enough space.... * +

Right, I thought maybe the message contained a link to a large size video. It could be that the file itself is corrupted or it's in the wrong format for your phone (.wmv or .mp4 rather than 3gp) do you have an option to view it on your service providers wapsite perhaps? O2 used to do this in the UK. * +
