Customer services is s**t. Rather take it to an mtn shop and ask them to do it 4 u in person. But they charge u 4 doing that. Just get another sim * +

Mtn . . .K,it works so,if u havent made a chargable call within 3 months,mtn then terminates ur number 4rm the network,they then use that same number to create a new starter pack,ur sim is dead,and sum1 else then has ur number. * +
