I activated the pound a day after 12 lastnight + got text to confirm i then connected my phone as a modem to my pc browsed for a while and it took all my credit but when i ring 453 it still says i have the pound a day wap and it will end midnight tonight so why did my credit go missing now i have 0p left in my phone anybody else had this * +

Anybody else been having this problem its doin the same even when i buy the 5 pound for the weeks wap bundle do they start chargin after the 25mb a day limit? * +

Orange have had Network problems for the most part of 2007 and its ongoing and it is unknown when the problem will be officially resolved. I know 2 other people who also checked their balance and were told one thing but then checked again a second later and the balance was that of someone elses phone. Then it went back to normal again. Technical Network Errors. Tut. * +

yeah ring em and say that you aint happy with them. Say you a loyal customer and you want the service you have paid for. I did yesterday and got 600 texts to any network, months orange world access and when i checked my credit today i got another 1000 texts to use before nov16. They might have a cr*ppy system at the mo but if ya nice they do try and help. Be nice.:-) * +
