Trying to top up,but call 450,option 111 then she just says sorry an hangs up,Ffs cant top up thru orange services on my phone,cant top up thru 450,its doin my nut!not payin 25p to talk to em either!anyone else havin problems? * +

tryed swipe card? usualy when its ducked up like that it gives you double... and no not even disconnected on 3g all night shocking! * +

Have never needed swipe card,always do it thru phone,rarely go out. Its pathetic! Grrr * +

@malibu07 - have you tried topping up by text? Since you usually top up by phone, I assume you have a debit/credit card registered with them, if so, send a text to 2886 containing the last 4 digits of your registered card, top-up amount 3 digits on the back of your card (security code) e.g. 1230 05 123. * +

pleasure :) since I first tried that, it's the only way I top up now, it's really quick and easy. Always remember to delete the text you sent them for your security, they usually remind you of this. *
