elo ppl. i wana knw y does da pc say connection open at 450kb/s wen using a 3g phn as modem and it only download at max of 13kb/s. need help. hw can i make it faster wen downloading a torrent file. *

its a two way thing your pc is sending data as well as reciving thats why the number is higher also its because the phones modem is capable of much greater speeds than your network is producing *

but why 13 as im on orange useing opera on pc and getting between 20 and 40, also one last thing it also depends on where you are downloading from that is the further away the slower the speed so if the site is overseas then your download speed is reduced *
