Im using wap on nokia (orange). On some websites i get the message 'unsecure connection'. Sometimes im not able to progress to the next page. How do i make the connection secure? * +

Th site probably doesn allow u browser. Sum sites especially bankin etc allow only internet explorer or firefox. There is way 2 make em think u usin internet explorer wid opera mod but i didn bother figuring it out. * +

iv bin thinkin unsecure only means dat connection between u phone n site is not encrypted. dat wont stop u from accessing th site so dat is not th problem. * +

th problem cud b if u using wap browser. wap browsers cant access all websites. did u try using web browser like opera? * +

im using a nokia 6300 with opera mini.. for example, hmv wont let me buy anything. at the top of the screen it says 'the connection between your phone and this site is unsecure'.. something along those lines. when i use my phone as a modem (with laptop) it does the same- the screen goes blank.. so i think its to do with the unsecure connection * +

if u using internet explorer go 2 tools/internet options/advanced n enable ssl and tls encryption. if u usin firefox go tools/options/advanced/encryption n enable encryption there but they shud already b set by default. jus try. * +
