3200 does not take a bl5-c i suggest you borrow a battery to test your phone. So you know if its a battery or software prob * +

UR BATTERY'S ELECTRIC CHARGES GOT OVER DISCHARGED SO NOW U CAN DO NOTHING BUT REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE. I WAS ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM MY NOKIA 6600 BATTERY. HAV A GREAT TIME. *
