Got a phone from them about 3 month ago. . . It crashed out and needed flashin, i took it back and they said will probably be 2 weeks to repair but could be longer, anyway went in 2 weeks later and they said it had been fixed on the first day the repair team got it, but only today (nearly 5 weeks) after giving it to them i have got it back. . . If ya want a speedy service then dont buy from them. * +

If you have the money and ya phone only needs flashing your best off takin it to a market and gettin it done rather than wait all that time. * +

When i was on vodafone i used to get all my phones from the vodafone shop and if something went wrong within the 1yr guarantee they would always give me a new one. . Never once did they send one of my phones for repair * +

Its basically resetting and reinstallin the phone software so the phone will be like when ya first bought it, problem is you lose everything that was on it * +
