I've done it with the o2 proxy in opera and utorrent. 70mb overnight. * +

depending on network you may have to fiddle about with your proxy settings. other than that you should be able to use file sharing and torrents no problem * +

yes you dont need proxy. but that depends on network. i can usually get about 100mbs an hour downloaded. * +
