Yesterday I topped up my Orange phone by a fiver at 16:46pm then at 17:30pm my fiver had vanished to something i never subcribed to, so i topped up again with another fiver at 17:50pm and at around 23:30pm last nite my cred vanished by the same number. * +

But i rung Orange the first time it happened and they said call back in 24 hours, so i called them at 17:02 this evening then the bloke put me on hold for 10-15 minutes and then i got cut off. I topped up by another fiver at 17:52pm then got a wap bundle * +

Soon after i got the wap bundle for a pound yet again all my cred vanished, the number i got texts from and charged me was 88066, thing is i'm not subcribed when i texted STOP. So just been on the wapsite stated in the text i got and rung Customer Service * +

I rung Orange again tonight just after 7pm and no records of it are on the system, so he gave me 30 free photo picture messages and he will call me back around the same time tomorrow, he was more helpful then that idiot who cut me off when on hold. * +

The last bloke i spoke to at Orange told me that i shouldnt have been put on hold for that long which was 10 or more mins. * +
