I got an W850i over weekend and all is well had no conection problames. Did a software download and now im strugling to connect. My 6230i also mtn has no problame conecting so its either my phones settings or the 3G connection. Im in a 3G rich area n have permanet 3G. I jst requisted normal setings from mtn are they the right ones for 3G ? It says CONECTION FAILURE. CHECK SETTINGS. IF PROB PERSIST * +

IF PROBLAME PERSIST CONTACT SERVICE PROVIDER. Any1 have any suggestions before i waste my time phoning cc ? Thanx

Its my 3G ! ! I turned of my 3G jst using GSM now n phones fine now. I dwnloaded mp3s earlier with 3G n got speeds up to 45mb/sec. Gues theres a prob with the 3G atm then * +

Yep yep . . I culdnt make any calls or even receive.! I got a mesage saying 'CONNECTION EROR'. But when i rebo0t my f0ne i culd make calls! . .But wen trying 2 make a 2nd call i got the same msg again! So 2day i went 2 Mtn headquarters at Canal walk in cape town. They changed my network in2 GSM m0de. Problem solved! Unf0rtunatly i n0w hav n0 3G

I stil hav no 3g! Wen i put fone in 3g mode i c the 3g icon but ther is no signal! Does any 1 know wen i wil b able 2 use 3g again?? Help my asseblieftoggie. . . * +

3g speeds of 384kb/s r a myth. The max ive ever received is about 20kb/s, Thats between 00h00 - 06h00 in the mrnings! Di networks lieg!!
