Just used a new sim to claim my credit instead of an upgrade handset.It said it was accepted and would take up to 14 days to put on. Has anyone else done it?does it take 14 days?It said the other sim would be disconnected straight away and it hasn't been. * +

Yeah takes 14 days, new sim should get disconnected the day after you done it, i've done it loads of times, even if it says your entitled to nothing you still get 2 pound 50 Lol * +

Really!? 1st time i've done it. Said i'm due 75 quid. Used a free sim o2 sent me.Was a bit dubious that it'd work!lol * +

Call 5450 from your handset and choose option 1. It will tell you how much you are due. * +

Any ideas wot i can do i change my number about 2 months ago and threw my sim i had for lyk 5 years so cant get the 7 digit code *
