Hello everyone. I had numerous requests for a Afrikaans T9 version, for s60 v3 cellphones. Any idea where can I get it? * +

@gomario i dont think nokia do that language because i think they regard it as a dialect rather than a language. And (no) i dont want to stir-up that debate, its jus i seem to remem it somewhere. Anyways take a look on nokia's website, pref the site that covers the country and take a look at the phone you hav or are interested in, and it will tell you the language pack on that phone. language pack exists, it would then require you or your friends to change your phone code to that one, then updatin your handset usin that code aka flashing. It is the only way to do it as you cant jus get an individual language pack and place on your phone as you would if you were installin an application. The correspondin post you need is nss nsu in the said forum. * +

@dani Tx. I was thinking in terms of a 'application' or 'language data file' which I have to 'load'. As you know,a s60 device clearly shows you the file where your 'new' self programmed words are stored. If one where to add word by word (a few most used 1000), and then save the file, one could flash the cell and just 'reinstall' the 'self programmed' language file :) * +

dont think that'll work. I think nokia's saved words is roughly 50. Then it auto deleter the first one etc when no 51 is added. *
