Ive had that ,youve joined 1 or more them ringtone clubs or similar and their rob your credit each week ....If you know your call barring password enter *35*x x xX*16# to activate msg barring and #35*x x xX# to allow msgs again the x x xX is where to put your barring pin ,if you dont know it ask your network and tell them whats happening and they will stop it permantly and you can turn message barring off * +

If you do as i say and block the msgs they cannot bill you as they need confimation youve got the msg to bill you. * +
