has anyone ever had a problem with their mobile and the insurance company have said you can get another phone and they will subtract the total price of the *problem* phone off the price for the new phone and you pay the remainder? i havent paid a penny towards my phone yet(pay it september) and i'm having problems with it. sorry if i've been rubbish at explaining, couldnt put it into words(lol) * +

are you meaning insurance other than phone insurance you get offered when buying a contract? or depending on the age of the phone you may not have to claim anything from insurance but use the phones warranty (12 months after purchase) and get the phone repaired for free * +

its through my mum's catalogue and its not a contract phone. i've only had the phone since december. * +

Hmm, yeah... Did u take out extra insurance when u bought da fone? If so, they'll likely get u a new un. And anyway its probably covered by the manufacturers warranty... I just said what thingy told ya... Echo, any1? * +

i took out phonecare insurance. dont want another of those cr*p phones, i want a completely different one. not pying 140 for a phone that doesnt even work properly. * +

i've just realised the mistake i've made!! i didnt mean to put would they subtract the money off a new phone, duh!!!! i aint even started paying for it, god sake! although it would be nice if they did that lol. what i meant was would they still make me pay for that phone? cos i'm not prepared to pay for a phone that doesnt even work. * +
