Are you in a 3g area? Cos there should be a marked difference between 2g and 3g. I notice it when i'm in a 3g area * +

i dont notice the speed in 3g except when i'm downloadin or streamin. Rakin thru voda's live is no quicker than when i'm only gettin 2g. * +

As dani said above, the only time you'll notice the increased speed on 3g is downloading or streaming, wap and web page loading speed is largely determined by the speed of your phones processor, so the difference is rarely noticeable whilst browsing. * +

pmpl2try telling that to mda vario owners! The difference between surfing via GPRS and wi-fi must be immense..that device has a silly 200mhz cpu. It's obvious a large webpage is going to download faster using 3G rather than GPRS,just as the nets are proclaiming the benefits of browsing using HSDPA..as it stands its loading webpages 5times faster than 3G.Maybe that demo on click was staged, lol * +

then again if your using a feature phone you wouldn't notice a great deal of difference. * +

Surely it is down to the amount of data your dloading. Prodigits threads, menus or your average small webpage you wont see a diff. Rss feeds or flickr you would right? * +
