Hey! These nothing wrong with being blonde! I know quite a few intelligent blonde ppl hehe plus my first love was blonde ahh.. lol anyway I think this post was suppose2be in the tech forum, but to reply, the confusion here is that ISDN uses a modem. You want the difference between ISDN and an anologue dial up connection. ISDN or Integrated Services Digital Network is faster and better :) * +

An analogue dial up connection uses a modem to covert the digital information of a computer to analogue signals so that it can be transmitted over a telephone line. ISDN doesnt do this. It transmits its data digitally resulting in a very clear transmission quality.It allows a minimum of two smultaneous connections so you wouldnt need to buy multiple analogue lines to cater for more people. * +
